Hey! This is Cambria.
Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Long before high school, I found myself captivated by the moments my mom captured while we were camping, hiking, and spending time together as a family. Some of my favorite memories are watching her carefully set up our family portraits—always racing to get into the frame before the timer went off. Those experiences sparked a love for photography that has never left me.
That passion truly came to life in high school when my mom gave me my first camera—a well-loved Pentax that quickly became my constant companion. I used that camera throughout my photography classes, learning the art of composition, lighting, and storytelling through every frame. My dedication and growing portfolio eventually earned me a college photography scholarship through Mikel Gamber Photography, reinforcing that photography wasn't just a hobby—it was something I was meant to pursue.
Like many people, life took me in a different direction for a while. I spent years building a career outside of photography, but the creative passion never disappeared. Eventually, I found my way back behind the camera by photographing headshots and portfolio images for my daughter as she competed in natural pageants. That quickly grew into photographing community events, youth sports, and local organizations before expanding into professional real estate photography in 2019.
Today, Cambria Photography combines my passion for storytelling with years of experience to serve athletes, families, homeowners, and businesses throughout Colorado. Whether I'm capturing the excitement of a championship performance, creating stunning athlete portraits, or showcasing a home for sale, my goal is always the same—to create images that tell a story and leave a lasting impression.
I wouldn't be where I am today without the people who believed in me and encouraged me to pursue my passion. I'm especially grateful to my husband, whose unwavering support has helped me build this business, invest in professional equipment, and continue learning and growing as a photographer.
